Scott Turner is founder and president of Edunuity. Scott was a successful business entrepreneur, who is now using his experience, skills, and resources as a social entrepreneur. He has a business and management background in educational services and information and communications technology. Scott has worked with large companies such as AT&T and Motorola, as well as a variety of small technology and education start-ups. He also has significant experience in strategic planning and consulting, including work with Bain & Company.
Scott co-founded and served as senior executive of a major higher education company, whose regionally accredited university has dramatically lowered tuition costs and increased access to affordable quality postsecondary education through a variety of innovative practices.
Scott has significant global business and educational experience, and has lived and worked in Europe, Latin America and Asia. He is fluent in three languages, and has a working knowledge of several others.

Scott has substantial experience in developing breakthrough innovations, business and strategic plans, start-ups, management teams, and critical relationships. He has raised over $15 million in venture financing with over 20x return on investment.
Scott's education includes a BA magna cum laude from Amherst College, followed by a teaching fellowship under the Fulbright Program in France. He later graduated with an MBA from Stanford, where he focused on international business, strategy, marketing, Asian studies, and entrepreneurship. Scott recently earned an MA in Human Development and is completing a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University, where he is focusing on education, public health, and social entrepreneurship, while working as a social entrepreneur. Scott is a partner in Social Venture Partners and Acumen Fund.
